Sophisticated Steampunk. That’s what we like to call it.

These statement earrings bring together two seemingly opposite worlds—the intricate, industrial beauty of authentic vintage watch movements and the softer romance of ornate filigree, pearl and sparkle.

Each pair begins with antique watch movements, complete with their original gears, markings and tiny mechanical details. We nestle them into beautifully detailed filigree, then embellish the design with pearl accents and genuine Austrian crystal for just the right amount of unexpected sparkle.

The result is a little edgy, a little romantic and completely one of a kind. It’s our version of steampunk with the rough edges polished off—Sophisticated Steampunk, the Lorraine Frances way.

Because we use authentic antique components, watch movements will vary in gears, markings, color and patina. These variations are part of the history and character of each pair, and no two will ever be exactly alike.
